Dr. Brent Norris is a fellowship‑trained orthopaedic surgeon and owner of Orthopaedic Trauma Services of Oklahoma. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine and has practiced for nearly 30 years. He has developed more than 10 orthopaedic projects, with over five products currently in the market, and has authored more than 20 peer‑reviewed journal articles. Dr. Norris treats diseases and disorders involving soft tissues, bones and joint conditions, providing personalized orthopaedic care.

Greg Parranto brings more than 26 years of leadership experience to Endeavor, including 18 years in orthopaedics with Synthes, DePuy Synthes, and J&J MedTech, and eight years as a U.S. Army Officer. He has led major commercial organizations, most recently overseeing J&J MedTech’s Trauma and Extremities division with $250M in annual revenue and a 170‑member team. Greg’s background spans national specialty sales, global segment management, and area leadership, supported by an MBA from Kellogg, an MPA from Webster University and an engineering degree from West Point.

Dana Funk is a skilled healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience across business ownership, operations management, sales, finance and administration. He has led and scaled multiple healthcare startups, served as President of a medical equipment and pharmacy services organization, and directed operations for a large IDN provider. Dana also brings extensive experience in M&A strategy, having guided acquisition activity in both corporate and privately held environments. As COO, he oversees Endeavor’s operational infrastructure, growth readiness and organizational performance.

Ryan Stafford brings 25 years of product development and product management experience to Endeavor, including 16 years dedicated exclusively to orthopaedic devices. A technical leader with a strong record of device design and successful product launches, he previously served as Executive Vice President of Development, Regulator and Quality at Wishbone Medical. Ryan’s expertise spans nimble product development, manufacturing pipeline strategy and close collaboration with surgeons, capabilities that shape Endeavor’s engineering direction and next‑generation innovation.

Stephen Bertz is a senior medical‑device executive with more than 30 years of experience driving enterprise growth and leading high‑performing commercial teams. Through leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Stryker, he developed deep expertise in sales leadership, product marketing, contract strategy and competitive conversions. He brings strong business acumen and change‑management experience to organizations navigating rapid growth or transformation. As Chief Revenue Officer, he leads Endeavor’s commercial strategy, market expansion and revenue performance.

Dr. Stephen Quinnan is a nationally recognized orthopaedic trauma and limb reconstruction surgeon known for complex fractures, deformities and limb‑saving procedures. His work spans innovative techniques in bone transport, distraction osteogenesis and minimally invasive pelvic and acetabular surgery. A former faculty leader at the University of Miami and fellowship‑trained at the R Adams Cowley (RAC) Shock Trauma Center, Dr. Quinnan has driven major progress in orthopaedic trauma research by leading multicenter studies, developing widely adopted surgical methods and contributing to influential publications that continue to shape the field.

Dr. Gardner is a board‑certified orthopaedic trauma surgeon who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of complex fractures, including pelvic and acetabular injuries, as well as nonunions, malunions, fragility fractures and periprosthetic fractures. He completed his medical education at SIU School of Medicine, followed by an orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita and a fellowship in orthopaedic trauma surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Gardner now incorporates the FDA-cleared CurvaFix® IM Implant, the first device designed specifically for the curved bones of the pelvis, into his care for pelvic fragility fractures, expanding treatment options for this vulnerable patient population.

Dr. James Stannard is a clinician-scientist with an active orthopaedic surgical practice. Along with his medical practice, he holds advanced leadership roles across the academic health system, including chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Hansjörg Wyss Distinguished Chair of Orthopaedic Surgery, Medical Director of the Missouri Orthopaedic Institute and Chief Medical Officer for Procedural Services. He has the knowledge, experience and clinical trial leadership skills to serve as an investigator on federal, industry and foundation grants.

Dr. Samir Mehta is a nationally-recognized orthopaedic trauma surgeon specializing in complex fracture care, limb reconstruction and post‑traumatic deformity correction. As Chief of Orthopaedic Trauma and Fracture Care at Penn Medicine, he leads one of the country’s most advanced trauma programs, treating high‑energy injuries, pelvic and acetabular fractures, nonunions, malunions and complications from prior surgery. Dr. Mehta serves the local, national and international community with his fracture work, including with professional athletes who sustain orthopaedic trauma and fractures.

Dr. Hrayr G. Basmajian is a board‑certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery and advanced joint preservation techniques. He treats a wide range of shoulder, knee and hip conditions, with particular expertise in rotator cuff repair, ACL reconstruction, cartilage restoration and minimally invasive approaches that support faster recovery and long‑term function. Dr. Basmajian trained in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey and pursued fellowship training at Kerlan‑Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Captiox Ortho and previously held dual COO/CFO roles at ExsoMed prior to its acquisition by Acumed. Dan’s expertise spans startup operations, finance and strategic marketing, with a strong track record of guiding early‑stage companies through growth, integration and market expansion.

Chris Danek, Ph.D., MBA, is Stanford-trained mechanical engineer with multiple nine-figure exits. Dr. Danek has led and guided teams at startups and giants like Johnson & Johnson. He helped develop the first FDA‑approved interventional treatment for asthma, co‑founded AtheroMed, and has guided dozens of startups through product development, fundraising and commercialization. As the CEO of Bessel and creator of proprietary Bessel frameworks, Dr. Danek specializes in aligning cross-functional teams, building high-impact product strategies, and helping early-stage companies avoid costly missteps by focusing on what matters most.
