Endeavor Orthopaedics expands leadership team, appointing Jon Holder to Chairman of the Board of Directors, names Greg Parranto as CEO

TULSA, Oklahoma — Endeavor Orthopaedics, a specialty medical-device company focused on advancing orthopaedic trauma products, today announced two appointments to its executive leadership team; Jon Holder was elected to Chairman of the Board of Directors and Greg Parranto named as Chief Executive Officer.

Holder joined the Board in January, bringing his vast experience in orthopaedic startup and strategic sales, and has been leading Endeavor as interim CEO since April. As Chairman of the Board, Holder provides expertise in accelerated commercialization, sales team building and business development. He will continue to guide Endeavor’s strategic mission to advance innovation for the repair of periarticular fractures with the company’s orthopaedic trauma platform.

​Parranto will take the lead as CEO, marking a pivotal moment for the company. His extensive career in orthopaedics, particularly as a leader and team builder within the market-leading Depuy Synthes/Johnson & Johnson family, underscores his exceptional leadership and transformative impact in the medical device field.

With a successful background in sales, marketing and product development, Parranto has consistently driven growth within the healthcare industry. He most recently served as the Midwest Area Vice President for Trauma and Extremities within DePuy Synthes/Johnson & Johnson. His expertise in orthopaedics extends to his role as National Director of Specialty Sales, Global Segment Manager for Facial Trauma Deformity and Reconstruction, and Contract Director for Strategic Accounts. In addition to 16 years of orthopaedic experience, Parranto served as an officer in the US Army with multiple deployments, including Company Commander in Afghanistan from 2004-2005.

Parranto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, a Master of Public Administration degree from Webster University in St. Louis, MO., and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
